2003 - Cumberland organized in Nashville, TN.

2004 - Started client work providing various services in a number of industries. Finished the year with 11 full time client serving personnel.

2005 - Client base expands. Healthcare work increases. Headcount grows to 25.

2006 - Increased focus on implementation work for heath care providers. Increased headcount to 31.

2007 - Healthcare provider client base grows. Full time client service headcount exceeds 40.

2008 - Growth continues - headcount tops 50. Cumberland recognized as one of Consulting Magazine's Best Small Firms to Work For.  Administrative offices move to Brentwood, TN.

2009 - Cumberland identified as one of Consulting Magazine's Seven Small Jewels of the Consulting Profession. Headcount increases to 76.
