Our process integration approach continues during training and go-live support. In the planning and execution of training, we focus on how to use the new system to accomplish business and clinical objectives rather than the workings of Screen-A vs. Screen-B. We provide user guides, "cheat sheets" and other aids to supplement training and help orient new system users. We believe that go-live support occurs at the care site, not on the other end of a telephone.
