Terrell Warnberg is a healthcare industry veteran with more than 30 years of consulting experience. She leads the performance improvement practice at Cumberland and specializes in the areas of revenue cycle management, operations improvement, business transformation and technology optimization.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led enterprise-wide teams in academic medical centers, regional health networks, community health systems and physician practices to improve margins, decrease costs, increase revenue, reduce denials and sustain improvements. Prior to her role at Cumberland, Terrell held executive positions with Dell Services, Accenture, and Ernst & Young, among others.
Terrell holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas. She is an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
