Cumberland's Client Service Job Levels

Staff Consultant - Staff Consultants assist our clients with the analysis of clinical and business workflow. They assist with package configuration. Consultants will also provide support for training and go-live activities.

Managing Consultant - Managing Consultants act as senior analysts or team leaders on client engagements. They may have responsibility for project management, work planning and tracking.

Executive Consultant - ECs manage teams of up to 10 people within a multi-project program or act as the on-site manager for a small client engagement.

Principal - Principals may have complete responsibility for delivery of a client engagement and will manage the work of teams of 10 or more consultants or client personnel. Principals play a key role in the identification and closing of new business opportunities.
