Provider Division - Cerner Clinical Analyst(s)

Cumberland’s Provider Division provides high-quality project management, planning, analysis and implementation support services to clients in the acute care, ambulatory, and post-acute/long-term care markets. We offer advisory services related to affiliate solutions, system selection and planning, assessments, total implementation cost envelope development, and contract negotiation.

Position Overview

We are in search of Cerner Clinical Analyst(s) to join our team. Must have recent, relevant experience implementing an EMR system out to ambulatory/physician office clinics. Cerner experience necessary. The work will be specific to the Union ambulatory clinic conversion to Cerner EMR. Candidate must be able to travel for project work on a weekly basis. No remote work available at this time.

Requirements

-This position requires clinical experience in a discipline such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, etc.

-Cerner experience is necessary.

-Requires knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows. Experience working in an ambulatory clinical environment required.

-Requires experience with hospital information systems.

-Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

-Requires critical thinking and logical troubleshooting skills.

-Must be able to work within a team environment as well as work independently.

-Requires ability to track and perform multiple tasks.

-Requires ability to read and comprehend written instructions and procedures.

-Requires ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications to other internal teams as well as clinicians.

-Requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a team member.
