Provider - Cerner Patient Accounting Lead

Position Overview

We are in search of a Cerner Patient Accounting Lead to lead implementation activities for Cerner Patient Accounting implementation, including Cerner Scheduling Management, Registration Management and third party applications. This position will mentor internal counterparts on Cerner and industry best practices for Revenue Cycle. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Successful implementation with Cerner Patient Accounting in a multi-hospital and physician group environment
• Detailed understanding of Illinois Medicaid requirements how they work in conjunction with multiple third party applications (clearinghouse, claim scrubber, RTE vendor, contract management)
• Experience with Stockamp and Compass is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
