Provider Division - Epic Access/Revenue Cycle Project Manager

Cumberland’s Provider Division provides high-quality project management, planning, analysis and implementation support services to clients in the acute care, ambulatory, and post-acute/long-term care markets. We offer advisory services related to affiliate solutions, system selection and planning, assessments, total implementation cost envelope development, and contract negotiations.

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic Access/Revenue Cycle Project Manager for a client based in the Midwestern US. The Epic Access/Revenue Cycle Project Manager will use a comprehensive understanding of the full Revenue Cycle to communicate with clinical stakeholders and appropriately manage client timeline, budget, and deployment risks/issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP Certifications a plus.
• Epic Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), ADT, Prelude, and/or Cadence certification a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a strong understanding of the full Epic Revenue Cycle, including of clinical workflow integration and its impacts on the organization.
• 3+ years of project management experience overseeing large-scale EMR implementations focusing on revenue cycle integration, preferably with Epic Revenue Cycle modules.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
