Provider - Epic Ambulatory Clinical Lead

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic Ambulatory Clinical Lead for an East coast U.S. Client to conduct an assessment and build up for an Epic Enterprise implementation. Key tasks would include a review of Epic staffing recommendations, identifying internal resources to fill roles, identifying gaps and assist with recruiting, and identify where consultants may fill gaps in backfill for legacy systems or on the Epic team. The Lead will also facilitate key decisions such as facility structure set-up and use of third party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus on healthcare, business, IT , or computer science preferred
• Experience with Enterprise implementations
• Epic certification(s)
• Exposure to EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart and HOD with experience hiring teams for these areas is a plus
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven ability to be self-directed and work in collaborative teams
