Provider Division - Epic Ambulatory Project Manager

Cumberland’s Provider Division provides high-quality project management, planning, analysis and implementation support services to clients in the acute care, ambulatory, and post-acute/long-term care markets. We offer advisory services related to affiliate solutions, system selection and planning, assessments, total implementation cost envelope development, and contract negotiations.

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic Ambulatory Project Manager for a client based in the Midwestern US. The Epic Ambulatory Project Manager will assist with weekly project status reporting, managing and documenting risks, facilitating meetings amongst the team and across teams as needed, and handling documentation and escalation issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP Certification
• 5+ years of project management experience with a strong understanding of the full Epic Ambulatory system, including Epic MyChart and Reporting.
• Meaningful Use experience a plus
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
