Provider - Epic Case Management Lead

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic Case Management Lead for a Northwest U.S. Client to setup and manage the program to roll out Epic’s Case Management Module. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Clinical background or experience working with clinical leadership is a plus
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven ability to be self-directed and work in collaborative teams
