Provider - Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst for an East coast U.S. client to assist in the building, testing, and support of Epic Healthy Planet application. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Epic Healthy Planet certification
• Experience implementing Healthy Planet/Population Health Management, ACO reporting, or Registry databases is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be self-directed and work on collaborative teams
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
