Provider Division - Epic Inpatient Project Manager

Cumberland’s Provider Division provides high-quality project management, planning, analysis and implementation support services to clients in the acute care, ambulatory, and post-acute/long-term care markets. We offer advisory services related to affiliate solutions, system selection and planning, assessments, total implementation cost envelope development, and contract negotiations.

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic Inpatient Project Manager for a client based in the Midwestern US. The Epic Inpatient Project Manager will be in charge of directing and overall management of their designated application team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong fundamental project management skills (scheduling, budget, etc.).
• Proven ability to delivery on significant application platform implementations in the face of difficult and competing constraints.
  • Epic Connect Hospital experience preferred.
• Experience managing 2+ large hospital implementations.
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
• Experience in Service Now, Microsoft Project and SharePoint preferred.
• Relevant experience working on large Epic implementations.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
