Corporate - Epic Practice Manager

Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Epic expert to help guide our growing Epic practice. Primary responsibilities include: interviewing new candidates, supporting our sales team with proposals and onsite presentations, serving as a liaison to consultants deployed on Epic projects, and assisting with managing delivery and quality on key Epic accounts. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, has at least five years of prior hands on Epic experience, and is certified or proficient in multiple Epic modules.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Epic implementation experience; former Epic employment history preferred
• Holds multiple Epic certifications
• Previous consulting experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates ability to think creatively
• Previous experience conducting interviews and managing teams preferred
• Previous experience developing content for RFPs and other marketing materials preferred
