Provider Division - Epic Training Coordinator

Cumberland’s Provider Division provides high-quality project management, planning, analysis and implementation support services to clients in the acute care, ambulatory, and post-acute/long-term care markets. We offer advisory services related to affiliate solutions, system selection and planning, assessments, total implementation cost envelope development, and contract negotiation.

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic Training Coordinator to join our team to support an Epic implementation in the Midwest for a 12+ months contract. This is a long-term W2 hourly consulting role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Epic certifications preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hands on Epic implementation experience and Epic training involvement
• Experience with multiple implementations is a plus
• Basic familiarity with Epic training tools
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills
