Provider - Epic Willow Instructional Designer

Position Overview

We are in search of an Epic-certified Willow Instructional Designer for a Midwest U.S client to design, develop, and implement skill-based training curriculum for clinicians and staff based on the organization’s specific workflows. The ID will also support the testing, design and maintenance of training environments. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Epic Willow certification
• Relevant experience working on large Epic implementations
• Project management experience a plus
• Proven ability to be self-directed and work on collaborative teams
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
