Provider - Integrated Health Program Manager

Position Overview

We are in search of a Program Manager for a Western U.S. client to work with the National and Regional Leadership to develop and implement the business strategy for the next phase of Integrated Health Program capabilities. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP Certification
  
• 10+ years of project management experience in a healthcare clinical environment
• 3+ years of program management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing other PM staff
• Experience with implementing programs/projects involving any of the following integrated health functional domains:.
  • Clinically Integrated Networks
  • Population Management
  • Care Management
  • Disease Management
  • Clinical Quality
  • Payer and provider strategy
• Experience working with vendors in supporting any of the above functional domains
• Must have a desire and aptitude to further understanding of the integrated health functions, operations, and challenges, to adequately partner with business leadership
• Experience with leading implementation of project management best practices and frameworks such as PMI or CMM is required
