Provider Division - Lead Consultant - Provider

Cumberland’s Provider Division provides high-quality project management, planning, analysis and implementation support services to clients in the acute care, ambulatory, and post-acute/long-term care markets. We offer advisory services related to affiliate solutions, system selection and planning, assessments, total implementation cost envelope development, and contract negotiation.

Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Consultant who will be responsible for leading delivery and focuses primarily on the execution and supervision of client engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical and/or billing Epic, Cerner, McKesson or similar EHR applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus on healthcare, business, IT, or computer science preferred
• 4 - 5 years experience consulting or relevant industry
• Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particular depth in Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience facilitating teams, including experience working with technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to travel extensively required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated project management skills preferred
