Provider - ORO Support Analyst
Position Overview
We are in search of an Operational Readiness and Optimization Support Analyst for a Northeastern U.S client to coordinate kickoff and ongoing community/ regional meetings, perform readiness assessments, current state analysis and provide support to communities in preparation for implementation of EHR software. This person will be responsible for providing ongoing support and coaching to all users once live on the new system, identifying gaps in knowledge and assisting with developing educational tools and materials for users. This is a contract to hire consulting role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of post-acute workflows and care setting (has previous work experience within a senior living community)
- Experience in improving workflow process for end users that use an eHR application
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Has past experience with troubleshooting eHR application issues when working with end users, either in a help desk capacity or while supporting a go-live
- Ability to contribute to meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts and follow to a project plan
- Can deliver work products on their own and can meet goals and deadlines provided by a manager
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications
- PointClickCare experience is definitely a plus
