Principal Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Experience facilitating teams including experience working with technical and non-technical staff
  • 10+ years working on or leading complex technology projects
  • At least 5 years of previous clinical application implementation experience
  • Understanding of clinical business processes in the clinic, physician practice, hospital or post-acute (home care, hospice) settings
  • Demonstrated project management skills including Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing processes
  • Demonstrated business development skills by participating in proposal development and presentations and ability to identify and assist in the closure of add-on sales
  • Experience creating detailed project plans and work effort estimates, controlling scope, creating risk profiles, resolving conflict, and building and communicating effectively with teams
  • Proven experience in managing the budget of large projects
  • Ability/Willingness to travel (Monday - Thursday most weeks)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills –  candidates must have experience leading meetings with senior executives
  • Demonstrated operating autonomy - able to perform tasks related to the execution of a client engagement without day-to-day supervision
