Corporate - Project Accountant - Corporate

Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Project Accountant for our Life Science division located in Edison, NJ. This position is responsible for the project billing process, including responding to client inquiries, verifying employee’s billable time; in accordance with the established accounting standards and billing policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field; CPA preferred
• 3+ Years of accounting and finance experience (specifically accounts receivable, project setups, billings)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data management tools (pivot tables, etc.) is a must
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
• Ability to work in an independent, self-directed manner as well as in a team environment
• High levels of integrity, dependability and results orientation with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
