Payer Division - QNXT Configuration Analyst - Payer

Position Overview

This role requires hands-on experience with system configuration, quality assurance testing and comprehensive knowledge with QNXT Claims Administration and Application Support using complete life-cycle methodology.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of QNXT Data Model and skilled in writing SQL queries to retrieve data from QNXT
• Configure Benefits / Contracts / Providers in QNXT system, as per the design
• Analyze, research, and resolve configuration issues within the scope of their individual Configuration stream
• Research and resolve reported issues, related to systems configuration
• Liaison with testing team to allocate QA related tasks
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare
