Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Recruiter who will be primary responsible for successfully identifying, recruiting, qualifying, deploying and supporting candidates in a fast paced, high volume recruiting and resource management environment. The Recruiting Specialist will also work closely with Account Managers to oversee and support specialist engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience preferred
- Familiarity with contracts and third party agreements (MSA, SOW, etc.)
- Consulting background in health IT space, Epic experience is a plus
- Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
- Self-directed and an inquisitive problem solver
- Organized and able to maintain tracking tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
