Cumberland’s Provider Division provides high-quality project management, planning, analysis and implementation support services to clients in the acute care, ambulatory, and post-acute/long-term care markets. We offer advisory services related to affiliate solutions, system selection and planning, assessments, total implementation cost envelope development, and contract negotiation.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are in search of a seasoned Recruiter who will be responsible for successfully sourcing, qualifying, and supporting candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting and resource management environment. Recruiters work closely with our vendor practice leaders and Account Managers to identify the best candidates for our client projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage LinkedIn and other technologies to actively broaden professional network
- Develop high-level knowledge of major EMR vendor systems and modules, in order to appropriately source and qualify candidates with skill sets to match internal and client needs
- Work with Cumberland Account Managers and vendor practice leaders to facilitate technical and client-fit interviews
- Assist consultants in creating and updating professional resumes
- Build relationships with candidates, understanding personal travel preferences, key skill sets, and other factors that assist in identifying exciting and appropriate job opportunities for each of them
- Maintain relationships with active consultants and manage status on an ongoing basis
- Support other Recruiters and our internal operations team as needed, in a team-based environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of activity in our third-party applicant tracking system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience preferred
- Familiarity with contracts and third-party agreements (MSA, SOW, etc.)
- Consulting background in health IT space; Epic or Cerner experience is a plus
- Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution, and decision making skills
- Self-directed and an inquisitive problem solver
- Organized and able to maintain tracking tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
