Payer Division - Sales Executive - Payer
Position Overview
We are in search of a Payer Sales Executive to generate payer services growth through forming relationships with clients and winning business. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills, effective time management skills, and the ability to drive deals into completion. The Sales Executive will manage a nationwide territory.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting services sales, staffing sales, or a recruiting environment.
- Healthcare consulting sales or staffing sales experience, preferably within the payer space.
- A team player who is goal-oriented and customer-focused
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and diplomacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce.com or other sales activity tracking application
- Demonstrates continuous commitment to customer service.
- Illustrates persistence despite setbacks and obstacles overcoming competing influences
- Prioritizes regular communication and interaction with clients and improves client retention.
- Exhibits professionalism among client negotiations as well as with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
