Provider - Technical Analyst
Position Overview
We are in search of a Technical Analyst for a Northeastern U.S client to assist with configuration and unit testing of the PointClickCare (PCC) system. The Technical Analyst will assist with care design sessions, current state design, write, execute and maintain system test scripts, and lead testing initiatives on the PCC electronic health record system. The Analyst will also assist with configuration of the system and troubleshoot technical and hardware system issues. This is a contract to hire consulting role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Implementation experience must
- System build or configuration experience with a major eHR application (long-term care and PointClickCare experience is a plus)
- Experience leading a system testing initiative for a large eHR implementation project
- Experience with importing data and data mapping activities with Excel
- Very savvy with MS Excel
- Familiar with change control processes within an eHR implementation
- Long term care experience a plus
