Provider - Training Implementation Analyst
Position Overview
We are in search of a Training Implementation Analyst for a Northeastern U.S client to provide end user training and support for PointClickCare implementation. This person will be responsible for developing and delivering training curriculum, assisting with building and maintaining training documentation, and providing on-site and remote go-live support. This is a contract to hire consulting role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of eHR training experience in a classroom setting within the long-term care space
- Experience with teaching varied levels of learners including English as a second language (ESL) and end users with minimal exposure to technology
- Experience in customer service support or has worked in a help desk environment
- Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint
- Strong communication and facilitation skills. Comfortable with presenting material in a large group setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem solving skills to help resolve system issues communicated to the help desk - Experience with PointClickCare would be a plus or other long-term care eHR software (Healthmedics, Yardi)
