We have a 4-part approach to training and professional development: on-the-job, from colleagues, formal coursework and certifications. 

We have an extensive on-the-job training program in which our people gain knowledge and experience working in support of one of our active engagement teams. This approach allows our people to gain more in-depth knowledge than can be achieved through classroom training only.

Our company meets regularly and we use each opportunity for our consulting team to stage seminars so that our people can share useful how-to information with their colleagues.  

Classroom and on-line training are an important component of our overall professional development approach. Our people attend training to learn about software solutions, project management and other consulting skills like presentation skills, facilitation and negotiation.

We believe in certifications. While we do not see them as an end unto themselves, we appreciate their value in motivating and guiding our professional development activities. Our entire client service team is either PMP certified or pursuing certification.  In addition, our people are pursuing the CPHIMS certification.
