Adam Seyb is an accomplished consultant with more than 15 years of experience managing large health information technology (HIT) implementation projects for some of the nation’s leading health care organizations.
Adam focuses on helping clients design, develop, test and implement package and custom-developed clinical and revenue cycle IT systems. He is experienced in leading change management activities required to successfully operationalize the organization’s future-state system. In addition, Adam has more than five years of specialized Epic project leadership experience, including direct oversight of Cadence/Welcome, ADT/Prelude, HIM/Identity, Resolute Professional Billing/Claims, Resolute Hospital Billing/Claims, Tapestry, and Cogito teams. Prior to joining Cumberland, Adam was a project manager with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and holds Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Epic Single Billing Office certifications.
