Amy Meiners is a seasoned program manager, known for planning and delivering successful Health Information Technology engagements and revitalizing troubled projects. She has nearly 14 years of consulting experience, focusing on the healthcare industry and Electronic Medical Records implementations.
Her versatile background includes HIT project management, process re-design, custom systems development, and package implementation. Amy is experienced in both the ambulatory, inpatient and post-acute environments. Prior to joining Cumberland, Amy was a Senior Consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation.
Ms. Meiners holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified analyst in EpicCare Ambulatory and Inpatient Clinical Documentation. She has extensive experience with eClinicalWorks, Allscripts TouchWorks, Epic and Cerner systems. Amy is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and the Project Management Institute.
