Greg Varner is a Registered Nurse and an accomplished, results-driven leader with demonstrated success in healthcare information technology initiatives, including large acute care clinical system design and implementation projects.

Mr. Varner has 22 years of experience in clinical healthcare delivery, with the last 14 in clinical system technology implementation, clinical workflow redesign and revenue cycle improvement. Mr. Varner has experience revitalizing troubled projects and successfully obtaining clinician engagement and adoption of new systems.

Mr. Varner holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. He is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and the Project Management Institute.
