Marcia Lambert

With more than twenty years of experience in solution delivery in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Marcia Lambert leads Cumberland’s contract management and business advisory services. Marcia has experience in all aspects of a project life cycle including vendor evaluation, project management, requirements definition, design, implementation and support.

In Marcia’s previous position as Managing Director for Mindlance, she led engagements focused on audits, assessments and evaluations for pharmaceutical companies in the commercial and government contracting sectors. She has successfully led more than 25 complex development and implementation initiatives for the pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to joining Mindlance, Marcia served as a Senior Consultant in I-many Inc.’s Professional Services and Sales organizations where she led numerous commercial and government contracting projects. Prior to I-many, Marcia was a Technical Consultant in the pharmaceutical industry implementing commercial, government, sales and marketing solutions for Pfizer, Pharmacia and Searle.
