With nearly 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical contracting and compliance, Sean Downey leads Cumberland’s Government Contracting services practice. Sean focuses on helping manufacturers establish and enhance effective business and technical operations to manage government-driven programs including Medicaid, SPAP, Medicare, 340b VA and Tricare. Most recently serving as Managing Partner for Mindlance, Sean has successfully led more than 40 commercial and government contracting projects.

Prior to Mindlance, Sean served as Senior Manager of Technical Services at I-many, Inc. and held senior engineering and operations positions in the chemical and paper industries. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
