Charlie Ditkoff Joins Cumberland Consulting Group’s Board of Directors

Cumberland Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Charlie Ditkoff has joined the firm’s board of directors.

Mr. Ditkoff was previously vice chairman and head of global healthcare corporate and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). Under his direction, BAML gained the sector’s leading market share in mergers, acquisitions and financings. Prior to joining BAML, he served in the health corporate finance group at Morgan Stanley and as vice president for Credit Suisse First Boston. He began his career as a corporate securities attorney for Cravath, Swaine and Moore.

“Charlie’s deep experience advising healthcare services firms and his solid relationships industry-wide will be a tremendous asset to Cumberland,” said CEO Jim Lewis. “We look forward to working closely with him to continue to grow our company.”

Mr. Ditkoff holds a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School. He is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Brown University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Ditkoff also serves on the board of directors for QuantiaMD, as a senior advisor to Alvarez & Marsal and the Marwood Group, and as counsel to McDermott Will & Emery.
