NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 29, 2015) – Cumberland Consulting Group announces the promotions of Praneet Nirmul and Adam Seyb to partner. The two join the leadership team of Cumberland’s Payer/Provider/Accountable Care Division. Previously, both Nirmul and Seyb served as principals for the company.

Nirmul joined Cumberland in 2008 and is an accomplished project manager who has successfully managed a number of large healthcare IT implementation projects for clients across the country. With over 15 years of consulting experience, he specializes in leading clients through the strategic planning and execution of healthcare IT initiatives, including clinical and revenue cycle system implementations, Health Information Exchange (HIE) initiatives, operational staffing assessments, IT organization assessments, and strategic initiatives to incorporate community providers into health systems. Nirmul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Seyb, an accomplished consulting professional with more than 15 years of experience managing large health information technology (HIT) implementation projects for some of the nation’s leading health care organizations, joined Cumberland in 2004 shortly after the inception of the firm. He specializes in helping clients design, develop, test and implement package and custom-developed clinical and revenue cycle IT systems, and is experienced in leading change management activities. In addition, Seyb has more than five years of specialized Epic project leadership experience. Seyb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and holds Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Epic Single Billing Office certifications.
