NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 1, 2016) – Cumberland Consulting Group, a leading healthcare advisory, implementation and outsourced services firm, announced today the successful 90-day transition of contracting operations for the U.S. subsidiary of Ferring Pharmaceuticals, an international biopharmaceutical company, to its business process outsourcing (BPO) solution on the Revitas^® Flex suite. Earlier this year, Ferring selected Cumberland as its BPO solution provider to deliver ongoing services, leveraging Revitas enterprise software and cloud technology.

In order to expedite Ferring’s transition to Revitas, Cumberland utilized its FastTrack^SM rapid implementation methodology, which incorporates industry best practices and combines a pre-defined set of documentation with a pre-configured environment. With the Revitas implementation complete, Cumberland will now manage Ferring’s back office functions. This includes government pricing calculations and reporting, as well as government claims processing.
