Cumberland Consulting Group Expands Executive Team
Cumberland Consulting Group (Cumberland) announces the promotions of John Waters, Charles Flint and Leah Wilson. The three have been named executive consultants for the firm.
John Waters manages technology systems implementation projects for a broad range of healthcare organizations, with a focus on project management, workflow analysis and optimization. He joined the firm in 2010. Prior to joining Cumberland, Waters served as a project manager for Epic Systems Corporation. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.
Prior to joining the Cumberland team in 2010, Charles Flint was a senior project manager, implementing technology and process solutions in dialysis centers and physician practices nationwide. Flint holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics and Information Management from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
Leah Wilson joined Cumberland in 2011 as a project manager specializing in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementations. Wilson previously served as an application manager and implementation coordinator for Epic Systems Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
