US healthcare consultancy Cumberland Consulting Group has promoted Principal Consultants Praneet Nirmul and Adam Seyb to Partner. The two senior advisors join the leadership team of Cumberland’s Payer/Provider/Accountable Care Division.

Praneet Nirmul has over 15 years of consulting experience, and joined Cumberland in 2008. He specialises in leading clients through the strategic planning and execution of healthcare IT initiatives, including clinical and revenue cycle system implementations, Health Information Exchange (HIE) initiatives, operational staffing assessments, IT organisation assessments, and strategic initiatives to incorporate community providers into health systems. Nirmul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
