From founding a healthcare technology consulting firm to leading efforts to start a new business entity in the United Arab Emirates, Rachel Wixson has never backed down from a challenge. With more than 12 years of experience, she has consistently proven her leadership abilities.

In 2010, Wixson co-founded Cipe Consulting where she managed operation, oversaw client services and supported business development activities. The consulting practice grew to 67 employees in four short years.

Last year, Wixson oversaw the merger of Cipe Consulting and Cumberland Consulting Group. Today, as a Partner at Cumberland, Wixson is leading the efforts to grow Cumberland’s newly-formed specialist division and continues to serve some of the organization’s top clients.
