IT Reorganization

Cumberland assisted a large hospital with a structural reorganization of its IT staff. Cumberland redefined IT positions to better align staff with roles and skill sets and designed a solution to manage the new organizational structure. The solution included a web-based application to maintain and track an individual's competencies, and allowed for complete management of the performance review and evaluation process.
