About Our Methods
A solid implementation methodology is critical to the success of any project. A methodology brings structure to unstructured situations and allows for a degree of predictability in the first-time execution of project tasks. We have established and refined our methods based on years of successful projects. They are the product of things that have worked well (or not so well) in the past. Our software implementation method is compatible with the methods of leading software vendors.
Our methodologies are not an instruction manual; they are a tool that improves the performance of our experienced consultants. Good methodologies specify project activities that should always be considered - but not necessarily executed. The actual plan for a project will be the product of standard methods but must be based on the specific environment, requirements and objectives of an individual project.
