The Challenge
Cumberland assisted a university medical center with a complex acute care advanced clinical systems implementation.
Cumberland’s Approach
Cumberland was responsible for the management of the clinical documentation team. In addition, we provided technical design and training leadership for that team and staffing support for an associated CPOE implementation team.
Results
The project resulted in the successful completion of initial clinical documentation and physician order entry implementations to a staff of more than 700 physicians, 500 residents and fellows, 1,000 nurses and other support personnel.
