The Challenge
One of the largest federally qualified health centers in the nation engaged Cumberland to assist with the design, configuration, training and implementation of an integrated PM and EMR ambulatory system. The engagement included implementation planning, design, configuration, testing, training, report design and development, implementation and go-live support.

Cumberland consultants facilitated physician groups in the design of standardized clinical processes across the organization.
Results
The project resulted in an integrated PM and EMR system at more than 20 sites, including stand-alone clinics, homeless shelters and correctional facilities across a major metropolitan area in the U.S.
