J. Brian Junghans

Brian Junghans has extensive experience in Clinical Transformation, Revenue Cycle Transformation, Custom Systems Development, Package Selections, Strategic Information Systems Planning and Large Group Facilitation.

He has over 15 years of experience working with healthcare providers on projects involving process redesign, package implementations and custom systems development with underlying Clinical and Revenue Cycle processes.

Mr. Junghans was formerly a Technology Services executive in the Healthcare practice of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) in Chicago. He is now based in Nashville.

Prior to joining CGEY, he directed the Medical Information & Record Services function at Holzer Medical Center where he controlled a $1M annual operating budget and managed a staff of over 25 people. In addition to his day-to-day operating responsibilities, he was responsible for a 300 person hospital wide reengineering effort and negotiated (along with the CFO) all third party payor contracts.
