David Vreeland

Dave Vreeland is an accomplished implementation consultant and project manager, specializing in the delivery of large healthcare provider transformation engagements with operational and technological components. Dave was formerly an executive with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) playing a leading role in the firm’s Health Provider Technology Enablement practice. He is based in Nashville.

Mr. Vreeland has substantial experience in shared services implementations, hospital revenue cycle transformations, practice management and ambulatory care system implementations, and healthcare-information-systems strategy and selection. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a published author and speaker on topics in the field of healthcare information technology.

Prior to joining CGEY, Dave was an operations manager at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He holds a Master of Health Administration from Washington University’s School of Medicine in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a member of the Health Information & Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
