Cumberland Consulting Group Expands With Addition of New Consultant and Principal

Franklin, Tenn., December 14, 2005 — Cumberland Consulting Group, a fast-growing information technology consulting company headquartered in Franklin, has named Fareed Naeem as a Principal and Ruchi Gupta as a Consultant with the firm. Naeem and Gupta will handle the implementation of complex information technology projects for clients nationwide.

Naeem has more than 10 years of experience in information technology (IT), including implementation of large-scale global projects which spanned across Europe, Australia and Asia. Prior to joining Cumberland Consulting Group, Naeem was a Client Services Director with blueStone LLC. Naeem's work has included serving as an interim IT executive for a major automotive manufacturer, program manager for development of a web-based ordering system for a Fortune 500 consumer products company, and technical strategist for eCommerce initiatives for a Global 100 corporation. Naeem earned a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois.

Gupta joined Cumberland Consulting Group after completing a master's degree in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University. She has a bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology And Science in India.
