As Director of Marketing and Communications, Jennifer Montlary is responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing, advertising and sponsorship initiatives for Cumberland. In addition, she manages both external and internal communications for the firm, ensuring message and brand consistency across all platforms.
Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, specializing in integrated marketing campaigns and strategic communications. Prior to joining Cumberland, she served as an Account Supervisor at McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations, where she oversaw communications strategy development, marketing campaign execution, business development, digital strategy, professional development of team members, and budget development. During her tenure at the agency, she worked with clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, education, financial services, healthcare and nonprofits.
Jennifer holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University.
