Position Overview
We are in search of a Hospice Clinical/LTC Principal Trainer for a Southern U.S. client. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.
Requirements
- Bachelor' s Degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration or Communications
- 2+ years experience in training development/implementation
- Certifications relating to training, organizational development, project management or IT software preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- 5 years experience delivering a combination of classroom, online and one-on-one training required
- 1-2 years experience designing and implementing training solutions
- Hospice/LTC experience required
